The Opportunity
We are seeking Senior Partner - Strategy and Operations to serve as a strategic and execution partner to leadership. This is a high-impact role focused on solving complex business problems, driving cross-functional alignment, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Own
Lead structured, insight-driven problem solving on critical business challengesDrive market sizing (TAM), competitive mapping, and opportunity identification
Build executive-ready dashboards, reports, and analytical narrativesTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, OKRs, and priority initiativesEnsure alignment and disciplined execution across teams
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools to enhance internal workflows and client impact
Develop high-quality materials for leadership reviews, board discussions, and stakeholders
Who You Are
5-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business analysisExperience in consulting and/or high-growth, fast-paced environmentsStrong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilitiesTechnical or quantitative background preferred
