Position description: Owns Lohono's villa listings and commercial relationships across all OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Expedia, Vrbo, Goibibo, etc.). Acts as the bridge between our properties and OTA partners — making sure every villa is correctly listed, competitively priced, parity-compliant, and performing well.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage villa listings end-to-end across all OTAs — content, photos, amenities, policies.
- Operate the channel manager to push rates, inventory, and availability across connected OTAs.
- Maintain rate parity across channels and fix violations quickly.
- Load seasonal pricing, promotions, and stay restrictions; track ARI calendars.
- Reconcile OTA bookings, commissions, and payouts; coordinate with Finance on disputes.
- Build and maintain working relationships with OTA Account Managers to secure better visibility and placement.
- Monitor competitor pricing and listing quality; recommend fixes to Revenue.
- Onboard new villas onto OTA platforms and take them live.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Weekly/monthly reports on OTA-wise revenue, conversion, and parity.
- Resolve guest issues escalated via OTA channels.
- Mentor junior team members on channel manager and extranet workflows.
Educational qualifications preferred
- Degree:Graduate in any stream (Hospitality, Tourism, or Commerce preferred)
Required work experience
- Industry:Hospitality / Vacation Rentals / Travel / OTA
- Role:OTA Specialist, Reservations, or Distribution
- Years of experience:3–5 years, with at least 2 years on a channel manager and OTA extranets
Key Performance Indicators:
- OTA-driven revenue and booking volume
- Channel-wise occupancy and ADR
- Rate parity compliance
- Listing content health (accuracy, photos, completeness)
- Reconciliation accuracy and dispute TAT
- New property go-live TAT
Required Knowledge:
- Major OTA platforms and how their extranets work
- Channel manager logic (how inventory and rates sync)
- Rate parity and basics of revenue management (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy)
- OTA commission structures and payment cycles
Required Skills:
- Strong relationship management — comfortable working with external partners
- Solid arithmetic — quick with percentages, commissions, and rate calculations
- Advanced MS Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas)
- Channel manager and OTA extranet hands-on experience
- Clear written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple platforms

- Travel:Minimal — occasional partner meetings or property visits
- Time Constraints:Standard office hours; occasional weekend support during peak season or OTA escalations

Work Timings: 10 am to 6:30 pm
