Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Order Executive, located in Zaveri Bazaar, Mumbai. The Senior Order Executive will oversee order management, coordinate with various departments for seamless order processing, and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include tracking workflow, maintaining accurate records, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. The role also involves problem-solving, addressing customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient process management and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with experience in order management and workflow coordination
- Customer service and client interaction skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in the jewelry or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
