- Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in enterprise-level environments.
- Strong experience managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments.
- Experience with SQL Server DBA responsibilities including backup, recovery, performance tuning, and high availability setups.
- Oracle EBS environment management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Oracle EBS patch management (Application, Technology Stack, Database).
- Oracle R12, AD & TXK patching, CPU/PSU patching.
- Environment cloning and refresh activities
- Oracle database performance tuning, backup/recovery, and RMAN.
- Strong understanding of Oracle architecture, WebLogic/OHS, concurrent managers, and workflow.
- SQL Server performance monitoring and tuning (Profiler, Execution Plans, DMVs, Performance Monitor).
- Experience with AlwaysOn Availability Groups, log shipping, replication.
- Backup and recovery strategy implementation & monitoring.
- Database maintenance plans, index optimization, and security patching.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Exposure to financial services or enterprise performance management domains.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide clear updates.
