Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM Developer with strong knowledge of Oracle BRM, ECE, and PDC. The candidate should have hands-on development experience in telecom billing systems and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize solutions using Oracle BRM.
- Work on BRM modules such as Subscription Management, Billing & Invoicing, Payments, Accounts Receivable, and Collections.
- Configure products and pricing using PDC.
- Implement real-time and batch rating using ECE/BRM.
- Perform policy customization using PCM C / PCM Java.
- Develop and maintain MTAs (Multi-Threaded Applications).
- Configure discounts, taxation, invoicing, and payment handling.
- Participate in solution design, POCs, and integration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle BRM / ECE / PDC implementations.
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Java.
- Experience with Oracle Database (12c/19c) and PL/SQL.
- Experience with PCM Java, BRM Web Services, Perl or Python scripting.
- Good understanding of BRM architecture and configurations.
- Experience with real-time/offline rating, product configuration, discounts, taxation, and invoicing.
- Familiarity with Git/SVN/CVS and Jira/Redmine.
Nice to Have
- Experience with telecom billing systems (prepaid/postpaid).
- Knowledge of Broadband, Voice, SMS, and Data billing.
- Exposure to BRM Cloud Native Environment (CNE).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
