🔍 The role
We're looking for a Senior Optometrist who doesn't just dispense glasses — but becomes a trusted advisor to every customer who walks through our door. You will guide customers toward the right lens choices based on their prescription and lifestyle, while helping us build the gold standard for how a premium optical brand communicates and cares for its customers end-to-end.
✅ What you'll own
Counsel customers on lens selection tailored to their prescription, lifestyle, and visual needs
Handle technical and critical post-dispensing queries and resolve them with empathy and expertise
Conduct root cause analysis of recurring optical issues and feed insights back into our processes
Follow up with customers post-dispensing to ensure seamless lens adaptation
Build and standardise customer communication protocols for the optical journey
Track and report weekly and monthly KPIs to drive continuous improvement
🎓 Who you are
Certified optometrist with a relevant degree and 5–7 years in optical store retail
Strong command of lens materials, coatings, optical measurements, and eye testing
Excellent communicator in both Hindi and English — you can explain complex prescriptions simply
Customer-first mindset with the patience and empathy to counsel diverse customers
Comfortable owning metrics and working in a fast-paced, startup environment
