Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager - Warehouse to manage end-to-end Operations for our Warehouses and FCs across India.
Incredible opportunity to drive meaningful impact in Operations at a high-growth quick commerce startup.
This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
This is an in-person role at our Gurgaon HQ and will involve significant travel to different FC locations across India. You must be based in NCR or Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

Plan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers pan-India, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
Lead end-to-end setup and expansion of new warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers — from vendor coordination (racking, labeling, equipment) to timely go-live.
Forecast manpower requirements and build staffing models across all warehouse functions based on order volumes, SKU mix, and peak demand.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
6–15 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands-on experience in process design, SLA adherence, and supply chain costs.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders independently.
High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to travel for ground-level execution.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment and willingness to travel to execute projects on the ground.
High ownership mindset with the drive to take initiatives from concept to execution.
