Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations governance for assigned line of business
- Drive SLA management, operational excellence & reporting
- Manage stakeholder/client relationships and governance reviews
- Identify process improvement and transformation opportunities
- Ensure ISO/PCI compliance adherence
- Lead large teams with strong employee engagement focus
- Analyze dashboards and operational performance trends
We’re Looking For
✔ Strong experience in managing large-scale BPO/ITES operations
✔ Expertise in stakeholder management & client governance
✔ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
✔ Experience in SLA management & transformation initiatives
✔ Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies preferred
✔ Proven people leadership and team development capabilities
