Role Description
Personally monitor assigned accounts, meet the client SLAs for the assigned accounts, and ensure client satisfaction on a daily basis. ● Staff Motivation, Goal setting, Performance appraisal of team members, and counselling for performance and capability building in conformance with goals. Manpower planning. ● Ensuring that the expenses are lower than budgeted. Expense control. ● Identifying the training requirements of each Team Member and executing the same. ● Management and coordination of operations, quality, and general administration of the assigned processes. ● Ensure compliance to organizational policies and processes through team members. Implementation of organizational strategy across assigned processes. ● Ensure service targets are met consistently through predefined / continuously improving productivity norms within the defined costs, time, and quality parameters. ● Continuous improvement in all facets of service delivery and assigned business. ● Absolute/complete knowledge of the product and the process is a necessity. ● Ownership of data integrity and reporting on assigned processes. ● Ensuring a match between marketing’s/ contract requirements and service dispatch volumes. ● Should have the ability to view one’s own functional area in the wider context of the company and strategy. ● Is capable of planning routine and non-routine tasks, setting targets, and developing courses of action to achieve the target ● Can make the best use of the available resources. ● Capable of taking prompt and independent decisions. “Is the first choice/approach point “when his immediate superior is not around?
Role requires :
- Deep knowledge and experience in Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, and Compliance
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Process Improvement, and Operational Strategy
- Exceptional team leadership, collaboration, and mentoring abilities
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication, reporting, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using fraud detection tools, analytics software, and management systems
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, certifications in fraud prevention or risk management is an advantage
- Experience working in fraud operations, preferably in the financial or service industries
- Max Compensation offered is up to 19 LPA fixed
