Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Abroad for a Senior Operations Manager focused on abroad job opportunities. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the planning and execution of operations related to visa and immigration consulting. They will manage and improve workflows, monitor performance against goals, coach and develop team members, and ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with teams to drive process improvements and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
