Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, administration, and support teams for effective patient care delivery
- Monitor daily operational performance and improve service efficiency
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital protocols, and statutory regulations
- Handle manpower planning, staff coordination, and performance monitoring
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and customer service
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analysis for management
- Optimize resource utilization and control operational costs
- Resolve operational issues and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external agencies when required
- Support hospital management in strategic planning and business growth initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of hospital administration and healthcare operations
- Ability to manage multiple departments effectively
- Proficiency in MIS reports, operational planning, and process improvement
Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / MBA Healthcare preferred
- Relevant healthcare operations experience in multispeciality hospitals is mandatory
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate with strong exposure to hospital operations and patient care management
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment efficiently
