Senior Operations & Data Quality Coordinator
Location: India (Remote/Hybrid – Candidates must be based in India)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: India Team Lead (with day-to-day direction from Los Angeles (US) -based Project Team Leads)

As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our India Operations team and are looking for talented professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality data and operational excellence. As a Senior Operations & Data Quality Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role by ensuring the quality of client deliverables, supporting day-to-day operations, and mentoring team members while working closely with colleagues in both India and the United States.
What You'll Do
- Collect, validate, clean, and maintain large datasets with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Perform data entry and resolve data discrepancies across multiple projects.
- Monitor and manage shared project mailboxes while coordinating with field personnel, internal teams, and US-based project leads.
- Review and validate client deliverables before submission to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the India and US teams for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with Los Angeles-based project teams to meet client deadlines, project milestones, and service expectations.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and support to Operations & Data Quality Coordinators.
- Review team deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist the India Team Lead in prioritizing workloads and resolving operational issues.
- Recommend and implement improvements to data quality processes, reporting standards, documentation, and operational workflows.
- Independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in operations, data quality, data validation, reporting, or data entry.
- 1–2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a small operations or data quality team.
- Demonstrated ability to review work, provide constructive feedback, and support team development.
- Strong experience maintaining data accuracy and resolving data quality issues.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in media, entertainment, marketing, or analytics is preferred but not required.
- Candidates available to join within 30 days will be given preference.

Work Schedule
- Initial training will be conducted during US business hours (approximately 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST) to align with our Los Angeles team.
- Following training, the regular schedule will generally transition to 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST.
- Occasional flexibility may be required to overlap with US-based project teams during critical business periods.
- Two weekly days off will be provided. Due to client release schedules, the specific days off may occasionally vary with advance notice.
