Role Description
The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the execution of large-scale events, managing end-to-end operations from planning to on-site coordination. Responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role also involves refining operational processes and fostering collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver flawless events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Operational skills: Proficiency in project management, operational planning, and event execution.
- Team leadership: Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams effectively.
- Vendor and stakeholder management: Ability to maintain strong relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Budgeting and financial oversight: Skilled in managing budgets and optimizing resources to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making: Ability to resolve complex challenges efficiently and make strategic decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience in event management or live entertainment is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, event planning, or related fields is preferred.
