Job details:
Oversee central kitchen operations including production planning, yield optimization, and dispatch
- Manage multi-site kitchen/outlet operations ensuring SOP adherence and brand consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards (FSSAI, audits)
- Drive cost control across raw materials, wastage, manpower, and utilities
- Collaborate with procurement, QA, supply chain, and business teams
- Lead and mentor kitchen and operations teams across locations
- Support new site launches, menu scale up, and process improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile:
10-15 years of experience in the food industry only
Proven experience managing central kitchens and multiple operational sites
Strong understanding of food production, supply chain, and quality systems
Hands on, process driven leader with excellent people management skills
Experience in QSR, cloud kitchen, large catering, or food retail preferred
