Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager based in Kolkata. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee event management and marketing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing workflows, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with company standards and objectives. The role also involves budget management, vendor negotiations, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables while maintaining operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Extensive expertise in Event Management, Corporate Conferences, and BTL/ATL Marketing activities like van campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Digital Communications tools and strategies
- Exceptional skills in Vendor Management and Team Coordination
- Strong abilities in Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Strategic Operations
- Proven experience in Leadership, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving
- Knowledge of regional and rural market dynamics within India is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
