Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock tracking, replenishment, and stock control.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification/audits.
- Monitor daily operational activities to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Track inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and inventory reports.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise warehouse and inventory-related activities to maintain efficiency.
- Support management in planning, resource allocation, and operational decision-making.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of inventory movements, purchase records, and operational activities.
