About the Role
We’re looking for a high-ownership candidate to drive discipline, elevate student experience, and ensure seamless hostel operations at scale. This role sits at the core of on-ground execution—balancing people leadership, operational excellence, and real-time decision-making.
What You’ll Own
- Lead shift operations and ensure flawless execution in the assigned hostel block
- Drive team performance and accountability of Operations Executives
- Own student experience & discipline, handling critical situations with maturity
- Ensure SLA adherence and closure of operational tickets
- Take charge during emergencies and escalations
- Maintain high standards of audit, compliance, and hygiene
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years in hospitality / hostel / facility operations
- Proven experience in team handling & shift leadership
- Strong decision-making under pressure
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
