Job Title: Senior Executive – Operations Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office
Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Reporting To: Manager – Operations
Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day operational workflows, client coordination, and reporting. The role involves handling enterprise stakeholders, ensuring process adherence, creating SOPs, and driving team efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee daily operational workflows to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate with enterprise stakeholders/clients to understand requirements and ensure service delivery
- Verify and validate data shared by clients/users for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and share MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) using Excel
- Draft, implement, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide regular operational updates to management
- Manage, guide, and support team members to achieve defined KPIs and TATs
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within prescribed deadlines
- Handle stakeholder queries and escalations with professional communication
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and feedback collection
- Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements
Eligibility & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations / customer service / process-driven roles
- Prior experience in stakeholder management is mandatory
- Experience in Legal / Financial Services / Insurance industry is a plus
Must Have Skills - Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
- Experience in stakeholder/client management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and process adherence
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
