Experience: 1-4 years in Operations / Insurance / Reconciliation
Role Overview
We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for managing insurance partner reconciliation, monitoring the policy issuance process, and supervising the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform daily reconciliation with insurance partners and internal MIS to ensure data accuracy.
· Monitor the insurance policy issuance process and ensure timely COI (Certificate of Insurance) generation.
· Identify and resolve discrepancies between internal data, partner MIS, and payment reports.
· Prepare and review reconciliation MIS and operational reports on a daily/weekly basis.
· Coordinate with Finance, Tech, and Insurance partner teams to resolve operational issues.
· Manage and guide the operations team to ensure SLA adherence and smooth workflow.
Required Skills
· Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
· Experience in reconciliation and operations management.
· Understanding of insurance processes and policy issuance workflows.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
· Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
