Position SummaryThe Senior Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational execution of QSR projects, including new store openings, operational audits, SOP implementation, team training, launch management, and ongoing operational support.
The role requires a highly organized professional who can coordinate between clients, vendors, project teams, kitchen teams, and store staff to ensure successful setup and efficient operations of food service businesses.
The candidate should possess strong knowledge of QSR operations, food service systems, manpower management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities1. New Store Setup & Pre-Opening Management· Coordinate end-to-end execution of new QSR, café, and cloud kitchen projects.
· Monitor project timelines and opening schedules.
· Ensure readiness of kitchen equipment, smallwares, furniture, signage, and operational assets.
· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers during setup stages.
· Support outlet commissioning and operational handover.
· Prepare pre-opening checklists and ensure completion before launch.
· Conduct launch readiness audits and opening assessments.
· Assist clients during soft launches and grand opening activities.
2. Operations Management· Monitor day-to-day outlet operations to ensure adherence to brand standards.
· Implement operational systems, SOPs, and quality control processes.
· Conduct regular operational audits and compliance checks.
· Ensure smooth functioning of kitchen and service operations.
· Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
· Monitor guest experience standards and service efficiency.
· Support management in improving outlet productivity and profitability.
3. SOP Implementation & Process Development· Implement standard operating procedures across outlets.
· Ensure compliance with operational, hygiene, and food safety standards.
· Develop operational checklists and monitoring systems.
· Assist in creating process manuals and operational documentation.
· Conduct SOP compliance reviews and improvement initiatives.
4. Team Recruitment & Training Support· Assist in recruitment and onboarding of outlet staff.
· Coordinate manpower planning for new store openings.
· Conduct operational induction programs for newly hired employees.
· Train outlet teams on SOPs, customer service standards, and operational processes.
· Support performance monitoring and workforce development initiatives.
· Assist department heads in evaluating operational staff performance.
5. Inventory & Cost Control· Monitor inventory systems and stock management practices.
· Ensure proper implementation of store requisition and receiving procedures.
· Support food cost and wastage control initiatives.
· Conduct stock audits and inventory verification exercises.
· Assist in implementing inventory management systems and controls.
6. Quality Assurance & Compliance· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
· Conduct outlet audits related to operational quality and cleanliness.
· Monitor adherence to FSSAI and statutory requirements.
· Implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues.
· Support quality improvement initiatives across projects.
7. Vendor & Project Coordination· Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and service vendors.
· Track vendor deliverables and project timelines.
· Ensure timely completion of setup-related activities.
· Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
· Escalate delays and operational risks proactively.
8. Reporting & Performance Monitoring· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
· Monitor outlet KPIs and operational performance metrics.
· Track project milestones and implementation status.
· Share observations and recommendations with management and clients.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications· Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
· 4–8 years of experience in QSR, restaurant operations, café operations, or hospitality project execution.
· Experience in new store openings and multi-unit operations preferred.
· Strong understanding of QSR systems and operational processes.
