Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Engineering Operations located in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations, implementing and optimizing systems, Engineering Budgets analysis, managing projects, and leading engineering teams. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure the successful execution of projects and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Overseeing the entirety of a project, ensuring the budget & project timelines are met.
• Resolving the execution hurdles at site.
• Resolving conflicts and managing issues (external & internal).
• Facilitating regular project meetings and progress updates.
• Stakeholder management & coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges on site.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards & timelines.
• Great analytics in civil engineering subject
• Experience in Finishing , unit handover readiness
• Experience in MIVAN technology and its system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
