Role: Senior Operations Consultant

Role Overview- Lead and manage operations and process improvement consulting engagements.
- Identify business gaps and implement structured solutions for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable transformation.
Experience Required- 6–8 years in:
- Production
- Manufacturing
- Operations
- Process Improvement
- Management Consulting
Educational Qualifications- Diploma / BE / B.Tech / MBA / Any Bachelor’s Degree
Key Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of production, manufacturing, and operations processes
- Expertise in systems development and process improvement
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel to client locations
Roles & Responsibilities- Understand client requirements and propose suitable operational solutions
- Identify process gaps and implement best-in-class solutions
- Develop detailed project plans and provide monthly updates
- Prepare and present project review reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Ensure timely project execution and delivery
- Implement operational excellence methodologies:
- 5S
- Six Sigma
- Lean
- Create and manage:
- SOPs
- Process flowcharts
- Process maps
- Skills matrix
- Design and implement reporting structures for organizational and shop-floor use
- Evaluate and support implementation of ERP / SAP / CRM systems
- Assist Principal Consultant in project delivery
- Mentor and guide junior consultants
