About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Operations / Management Consultant who will lead consulting engagements focused on operations improvement and process excellence in manufacturing organizations.
The role involves working closely with client leadership and operational teams to identify business gaps and implement structured solutions that drive sustainable operational transformation.
Experience Required6–8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Production
- Manufacturing
- Operations
- Process Improvement
- Management Consulting
Educational Qualifications- Diploma
- BE / B.Tech
- MBA
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
Key Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of Production, Manufacturing, and Operations processes
- Experience in process development and system implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel to client locations within a defined area
Roles & Responsibilities- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable operational solutions.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and implement improved operational systems.
- Develop detailed project plans and share monthly progress updates with clients.
- Prepare and present monthly project review reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders from top management to shop-floor teams.
- Implement Operational Excellence methodologies such as:
- 5S
- Six Sigma
- Lean Manufacturing
- Create, update, and implement:
- SOPs
- Process Flowcharts
- Process Mapping
- Skills Matrix
- Design reporting structures and operational formats for organizational and shop-floor use.
- Understand client software requirements (ERP / SAP / CRM) and support implementation.
- Assist the Principal Consultant in successful project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants to complete project tasks effectively.
