About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in branding and performance marketing, especially on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing ad budgets and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focusing on branding and lead generation
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Handle monthly ad spend and ensure effective utilization of budget
- Drive revenue growth with a target contribution of approximately ₹30 lakh per month
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (ROI, CTR, CPC, conversions)
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and branding strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Proven track record in performance marketing and branding campaigns
- Good analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Experience in handling significant ad budgets
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage
- Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands preferred
