🚀 Hiring: Senior OFSAA Consultant / Lead
📍 Location: Remote – India (Preferred)

🔍 Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) professional with strong technical expertise and deep domain knowledge in banking. This role involves working on implementation, customization, and support of OFSAA solutions while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Work on OFSAA platform (version 8+) including configuration and implementation
Participate in LLFP (Loan Loss Forecasting Process) implementation and provide post-production support
Perform data modeling and customization using ERWIN
Develop and optimize solutions using PL/SQL
Handle performance tuning and optimization of OFSAA applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define solution architecture
Support change management processes in enterprise environments
Write and maintain shell scripts for automation and operational tasks
Work independently as a self-driven team member
✅ Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on OFSAA experience (11+ years overall preferred)
Strong expertise in OFSAA modules and platform (OFSAA 8+)
Proven experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
Strong PL/SQL skills (mandatory)
Experience with ERWIN Data Modeling
Expertise in performance tuning and optimization
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting
Experience in LLFP implementation and production support
Familiarity with enterprise change management processes
Excellent communication and documentation skills
⭐ Good to Have
Experience with R programming (configuration/development)
