Position Overview:
Mphasis is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to recruit, screen, interview and extends job offers to the most qualified applicants to fill specific job vacancies. This person will also collaborate with management team to define recruitment criteria, as well as compose employment advertisements and contact appropriate advertising sources. In addition, this person will also improve organizational recruiting efforts by aiding the development of long range recruiting strategies, attending recruiting events, developing recruiting materials, and maintaining recruitment contacts to increase the pool of qualified applicants for specific positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordination, assessment and offer negotiation.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical abilities, interpersonal skills, and career goals.
- Coordinate technical interview panels, ensuring that each candidate's skills are properly assessed.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates and guide them through the interview process.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and manage candidate relationships through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Proactively initiate contact with potential candidates.
- Professionally present a candidate shortlist to the client.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any bachelor’s degree
- 1-4 year of experience as a BPO Recruiter, preferably within the service industry.
- Strong understanding of BPO, BFSI, Healthcare roles, skills, and terminology.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and online networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle offer discussions.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
- Well organized, presentable and confident.
- Good in Client interactions.
