Job Summary:
Anmol Feeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to support the financial operations of our Poultry Integration Team in Muzaffarpur. The role involves managing accounting records, financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records related to poultry integration operations.
- Handle vendor payments, farmer settlements, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and ledger records.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with the head office finance team for reconciliations and documentation.
- Manage bank transactions, cash handling, and payment processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory and company financial policies.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational financial summaries as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in agri/poultry industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar).
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation compliance.
- Experience in managing farmer/vendor payments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
