Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Senior Assistant Manager - HR. The role encompasses managing recruitment processes, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and compliance activities. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, facilitating training programs, handling performance management, aiding in workforce planning, and resolving employee inquiries and concerns. The individual will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure a positive work environment.

6) Experience in handling staff & worker grievances.
7) PF & ESIC and all statutory compliances

Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate with masters in HR/labor laws
Experience min 5 years in manufacturing industry
Handling labor issues, worker grievances and compliances.
