We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Officer – Performance Management (Resiliency Data & Reporting) to support IT Governance in managing performance and operational resilience data.
The role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting IT resiliency indicators to enable informed decision-making, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen the organization’s resilience capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, collate, and maintain resiliency-related performance data across IT domains, including incidents, outages, recovery metrics, and audit actions.
- Manage a centralized and secure repository of IT performance and resilience data for tracking trends and historical analysis.
- Prepare monthly performance and resiliency reports, highlighting system availability, stability, risk exposure, and remediation progress.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track SLA compliance, KPIs, and early warning indicators.
- Analyze resilience trends, incident root causes, and recurring issues impacting service continuity.
- Coordinate with IT teams to validate data accuracy and completeness prior to reporting.
- Support audit, governance, and regulatory reporting related to IT resilience.
- Ensure consistency in resilience terminology, metrics, and reporting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT performance management, reporting, data analysis, or IT governance.
- Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, and basic resilience concepts (SLA, RTO, RPO).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services or enterprise IT environments.
- Exposure to audit and regulatory reporting.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
