🚀 We’re Hiring: Odoo Developer (4+ Years Experience)

📍 Location: Bengaluru

At IAVerse, we are building next-generation digital twin solutions for the healthcare ecosystem. We’re looking for a highly skilled Odoo Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to help us build scalable, secure, and high-performance ERP systems tailored for healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules as per healthcare business workflows
• Build and maintain secure Backend APIs (REST / XML-RPC / JSON-RPC)
• Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases
• Integrate Odoo with mobile applications and third-party healthcare systems
• Implement automation workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, and compliance readiness

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of strong Odoo development experience
• Proficiency in Python and Odoo ORM
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience in API integrations
• Understanding of QWeb, XML, and JavaScript
• Experience integrating mobile apps with Odoo backend
• Familiarity with Linux/Docker deployment environments

Preferred:

• Experience in ERP systems within Healthcare / Hospital / Pharma domain
• Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployments
• Ability to manage end-to-end implementations independently
