Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Nurse at our Bengaluru facility. The Senior Nurse is responsible for providing advanced patient care, managing nursing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and supervising daily nursing operations. Additional responsibilities include assisting in medical procedures, educating patients and families, and contributing to the development of care plans.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills including patient care, monitoring vital signs, administration of medications, and wound care.
- Experience in healthcare team management, scheduling, and mentoring junior nursing staff.
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients, families, and collaborate with medical teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Active nursing license and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably in orthopaedics or multi-specialty care.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Nursing or a related field. A Master’s degree in Nursing is a plus.
