Job Description:

·      Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in network security operations, focusing on Palo Alto Networks firewall solutions, Panorama, and Prisma Cloud.

·      Strong understanding of OSI layers and network security technologies • Hands-on experience with firewalls like: Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint & Fortinet.

·      Experience planning, designing, and deploying network architectures using templates at scale using Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco technologies 

·      Expertise in firewall management tools such as: Panorama, Checkpoint Mgmt Server R80, FortiManager.

·      Experience with Palo Alto Network firewalls required

·      Experience with Palo Alto Panorama or Strata Cloud Manager platforms required.

·      Experience with Palo Alto Global Protect and Prisma Access VPN platforms preferred

·      Sound knowledge of VPN concepts (IPSEC, S2S VPN, SSL Remote VPN)

·      Experience working with multi-factor authentication security system (tokens, certificates, CAC cards, and similar).

·      Candidate should have a clear understanding of Threat protection, EDL, WF, APT , SSL Inspection ,VPN technology.

·      Experience with firewall/network monitoring tools like cortex data lake, SCM, AIOPs etc.

·      Experience using network diagnosis and packet analysis tools. 

·      Certifications such as PCNSE, ZIA/ZPA, CCNP, CCDP, CCDE, CEH, Security+

·      Operational knowledge in monitoring devices such as firewalls/routers/switches, network IPS logs.

·      Ability to identify and analyze: Security threats, scans, MITM attacks, sniffing, DoS, worms, Trojans, viruses

·      Knowledge of IT Operations tools (Jira). 

·      Possess a thorough understanding of 802.11 wireless principles. 

·      Knowledge of 802.1X and SAML/SSO implementation strategies. 

·      Good understanding of ITIL processes, change/incident/problem management

·      Experience in change control processes

·      Skilled in incident ticketing, alert analysis, and maintaining SLA compliance

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills
