Jb title: Network Engineer (L2 & L3)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support SD-WAN solutions using Cisco Meraki and Cisco Viptela (SD-WAN)
Perform L2 troubleshooting for network incidents, outages, and performance issues
Configure, monitor, and maintain WAN/LAN infrastructure
Work on routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
Handle VPN configurations (IPSec, SSL VPN)
Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.
Assist in network upgrades, migrations, and deployments
Collaborate with L3 teams and vendors for escalations
Ensure adherence to network security policies and compliance
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki Dashboard and Viptela vManage/vSmart/vEdge
Knowledge of SD-WAN architecture and deployment models
Experience with routing, switching, and firewall technologies
Familiarity with QoS, load balancing, and traffic shaping
Basic scripting (Python or Bash) is a plus
Preferred Certifications
Cisco CCNP (Enterprise/SD-WAN)
Cisco Meraki Certification (ECMS1/ECMS2)
