Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Network & Support Engineer to manage and enhance IT infrastructure, network systems, and security solutions. The role involves handling enterprise networks, providing L2/L3 support, and maintaining systems like CCTV and access control across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure networks (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi / VPN)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Manage Windows / Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies
- Maintain network documentation and configurations
- Ensure system security, patching, and access controls
- Manage CCTV systems (camera setup, NVR/DVR, monitoring)
- Configure and troubleshoot Access Control Systems (biometric / card-based)
- Coordinate with vendors for IT and security infrastructure
- Support IT upgrades, cloud integration, and backup strategies
- Ensure compliance with IT and security policies
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, UDP, OSI Model)
- Experience with tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG
- Microsoft 365 Administration & Active Directory
- Network troubleshooting and diagnostics
- CCTV & Access Control Systems handling
- Routers, switches, firewall configuration
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in network / system support
Preferred Skills
- Certifications like Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or Microsoft Certified
- Experience in multi-location IT support environments
Additional Requirement
- Candidate must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (daily travel between multiple locations required)
