This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Network Design Manager in India.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will drive network strategy, profitability improvement, and large-scale value realization initiatives across a complex logistics ecosystem. You will be responsible for translating strategic business priorities into actionable programs that improve EBIT, operational efficiency, and network performance. Acting as a key bridge between leadership, analytics teams, and operations, you will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning network design, expansion planning, and digital transformation. The role requires strong consulting-style problem solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. You will also oversee the identification and execution of high-value opportunities supported by data-driven insights and business analytics. This position offers exposure to strategic decision-making at scale within a fast-evolving global supply chain environment. It is ideal for a leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Accountabilities
- Lead value realization and profitability improvement initiatives to achieve targeted EBIT and network performance goals
- Identify, size, prioritize, and drive execution of business cases across operations, pricing, and network design
- Own LTL network strategy and support long-term expansion planning, including hubs and station rollouts
- Drive cross-functional alignment with operations, sales, finance, and leadership teams to ensure execution feasibility
- Oversee program management of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, tracking, and issue resolution
- Support executive leadership with business performance reviews, strategic analysis, and market insights
- Prepare executive-level presentations, strategy documents, and decision-support materials
- Collaborate with analytics teams to translate business challenges into structured analytical problem statements
- Identify and evaluate digital and AI opportunities, including vendor partnerships and pilot programs
- Monitor initiative performance, ensure stakeholder alignment, and remove execution bottlenecks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred in Business, Operations, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or supply chain transformation roles
- Strong background in value realization, profitability improvement, and large-scale transformation programs
- Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with understanding of logistics operations and network economics
- Excellent execution and program management skills with ability to manage complex initiatives end-to-end
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured consulting mindset
- Experience in supply chain, network design, or logistics industry is highly desirable
- Strong executive communication skills, including presentation and storytelling ability
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable analytics and strategic programs
- Exposure to digital transformation, AI adoption, or innovation initiatives is a plus
