𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘
Hands-on NW & System Engineer to take ownership of day-to-day operations, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of on-prem data centre and n/w infrastructure supporting 100+ active users, ~250 IP cameras, warehouse/distribution operations and a 24×7 call-centre environment.
This is a senior hands-on role and your focus will be on keeping systems healthy, available, monitored, secure and well documented.
𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
• Monitor & administer Cisco switches, 10G fiber backbone, VLANs, trunking, STP, LACP, port security & network performance.
• Manage Cisco Wi-Fi, PoE infra & troubleshoot fiber, SFP and Cat6A connectivity issues.
• Administer FW, VPN, NAT, routing, traffic policies & multi-ISP failover.
• Manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO & RDP/RDS environments.
• Monitor & support Proxmox virtualization, VMs, server hardware and infra supporting ERP/WMS applications.
• Manage TrueNAS/NAS, RAID, Ceph/storage infrastructure, backups, restore testing & DR.
• Monitor & support Dahua IP CCTV infrastructure (~250 cameras) & APC UPS systems.
• Administer Linux-based email server/Roundcube, including mailboxes, queues, SPF/DKIM & backups.
• Detect, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate incidents within defined timelines.
• Execute preventive maintenance, RCA, configuration backups, health checks & infra documentation.
• Maintain IP inventory, VLAN maps, rack diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, licences, warranties & vendor records.
• Coordinate with MSP/NOC/SOC, OEM, ISP and AMC vendors and ensure timely ticket/SLA closure.

✓ Cisco managed switches — VLAN, trunking, STP, LACP, port configuration and MAC/ARP troubleshooting
✓ FW & VPN — Untangle, pfSense, Sophos, Fortinet or equivalent
✓ Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & RDS
✓ Proxmox / VMware / Hyper-V virtualization
✓ NAS, RAID, storage monitoring, backup & restore
✓ IP addressing, subnetting & multi-ISP environments
✓ Linux administration Working knowledge
✓ Incident troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and technical documentation
𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗗
• CCNP / Network+ / Security+ / RHCSA / Microsoft / ITIL or relevant certifications
• Zabbix, PRTG or LibreNMS monitoring experience
• PowerShell or Bash scripting
• ERP/WMS infrastructure experience
• IP CCTV / Dahua and UPS/APC experience
• Experience working with external MSP/NOC/SOC teams
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, pharma or 24×7 call-centre environments
