Grey Parrot Systems (GPARROT) is hiring an experienced Senior NetSuite Developer with deep hands-on expertise in NetSuite customization, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and enterprise integrations to build and deliver scalable NetSuite ERP solutions for our US client engagements.

About the Role
This is a senior hands-on NetSuite development role for an engineer who has gone deep on the NetSuite platform — customizing, extending, and integrating NetSuite ERP across complex, multi-entity enterprise environments. You will work directly on US client engagements, collaborating with solution architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable NetSuite solutions. Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
- Expert-level SuiteScript 2.0 / 2.1 — Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, RESTlets, and Suitlets
- Strong NetSuite customization experience — custom records, fields, forms, workflows (SuiteFlow), and saved searches
- Experience building and maintaining NetSuite integrations — REST / SOAP web services, RESTlets, and middleware platforms
- Strong understanding of NetSuite data model — transactions, records, sub-lists, and relationships
- Experience with SuiteFlow / Workflow Manager for business process automation
- Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteAnalytics — saved searches, reports, and workbooks
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteCommerce or SuiteCommerce Advanced is a plus
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules — Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, or similar
- Comfortable working US-aligned business hours for overlap with client and delivery teams
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver NetSuite customizations — SuiteScript, custom records, forms, fields, and workflows across complex enterprise ERP environments
- Build and maintain SuiteScript 2.0 / 2.1 solutions — Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, RESTlets, and Suitlets
- Design and implement NetSuite integrations — connecting NetSuite with Salesforce, Shopify, 3PL platforms, payment gateways, and other enterprise systems via REST / SOAP APIs and middleware
- Develop and maintain SuiteFlow workflows for business process automation across NetSuite modules
- Build and maintain SuiteAnalytics reports, saved searches, and workbooks to support business reporting needs
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-documented NetSuite technical solutions
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
- Write and maintain unit tests, technical documentation, and deployment runbooks
- Manage NetSuite sandbox environments, bundle deployments, and release management processes
- Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, product owners, and US client stakeholders to deliver high-quality NetSuite solutions on time
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite performance, data, and integration issues with urgency and professionalism
- Contribute to GPARROT's NetSuite center of excellence — sharing best practices, reusable components, and ERP expertise across the team

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft for NetSuite integrations
- Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce, Shopify, or Amazon
- Experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and multi-language NetSuite environments
- Background in retail, manufacturing, logistics, wholesale distribution, or financial services
- Familiarity with AI-powered ERP automation or intelligent workflow tools
