Job Title: Senior .NET Developer / .NET Lead

About The Role
SANeForce is looking for a skilled and experienced
Senior .NET Developer / .NET Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining web applications using the .NET Framework, along with the ability to guide junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Framework
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using C# and JavaScript
- Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning in SQL Server
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Manage and maintain code repositories using GitHub (version control, branching, code reviews)
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers (for Lead role)
- Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in .NET Framework (Web Forms)
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server
- Good understanding of GitHub (version control, pull requests, code management)
Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Angular and TypeScript
- Knowledge of .NET Core (Web API)
- Familiarity with modern front-end development practices
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of relevant development experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
