Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions
• Support Agile development processes and sprint planning activities

Required Skills:

• 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in .NET development
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs
• Experience with MVC architecture and design patterns
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and database design
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Angular or full-stack development skills will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading development teams or modules
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework
