Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Senior .NET Developer with 3-4 years experience. The role involves creating, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies. Responsibilities include designing robust applications, implementing Object-Oriented Programming principles, ensuring seamless integration with business processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for optimal solutions. The candidate will work on cutting-edge systems to support automation, scalability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead migration of legacy ASPx WebForms applications to .NET Core / MVC architecture
- Refactor and transform complex Stored Procedures into optimized business logic/services
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API / .NET Core
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams for seamless integration
- Improve application performance, code quality, and maintainability
- Implement best practices in code structure, security, and testing
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Proven experience in modernizing legacy WebForms applications
- Deep understanding of SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and query optimization
- Experience in designing microservices or modular architectures
- Familiarity with ORM tools (Entity Framework / Dapper)
- Knowledge of REST, JSON, and API security (OAuth, JWT)
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
- Frontend familiarity (React/Next) for integration
- Experience in domain-driven design (DDD) or clean architecture
