Senior .NET Developer
- Mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring best coding practices and high-quality output.
- Drive architectural decisions, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Develop high-performance APIs and backend services using .NET Core.
- Ensure adherence to software standards, security protocols, and engineering best practices.
- Plan and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UX teams.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality.
- Participate in coding, debugging, and optimizing backend components.
- Implement microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native designs.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the applications stack.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and retros.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in software development with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role.
- Strong proficiency in:
- .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Entity Framework Core
- REST API design
- Microservices architecture
- Experience with:
- SQL Server / PostgreSQL
- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Cloud services (Azure / AWS)
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
What we Expect from you?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered in place of formal degrees.
What you've got?
- Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and building high-performance backend services.
- Solid experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong grasp of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
- Ability to lead and mentor developers while enforcing best coding practices.
