About the Role
We're looking for a creative Senior Multimedia Designer to own visual content across the Maxis Group of companies, bringing strong design fundamentals plus modern video and AI-assisted design capabilities that our next content cycle needs.
Location
Remote (India Only) and Full-Time position. Not open to freelancers or those seeking freelance/contract work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials - infographics, social media graphics, presentation decks, whitepapers, email templates, and sales enablement collaterals.
- Create short-form animated videos and motion graphics for social, marketing campaigns, websites, webinars, and sales enablement, from concept through final export.
- Use high-end AI-based creative tools (including Claude Design, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Veo3, and other Gen AI image/video platforms) to accelerate ideation and production, while keeping output on-brand and compliant.
- Design creative assets for landing pages, webinar pages, and event pages in collaboration with the web/marketing team.
- Design print materials for conferences and other offline events.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visually engaging, on-brand content.
- Oversee quality and consistency of creative output, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and evolving best practices in AI-powered content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design and GenAI trends, proactively suggesting new tools and features for creative experimentation.
- Ensure the timely, efficient, and effective delivery of finished assets across multiple projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating range, including motion/video work.
- Hands-on experience creating animated and motion graphics videos (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of high-end AI-based design and video-generation tools - Claude Design and generative AI video tools, with a portfolio of AI-assisted output.
- Advanced skills in design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite, Figma, Canva, Adobe Express).
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to translate complex technical/scientific concepts into visually engaging design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with design trends in the Pharma / Healthcare / Life Sciences / Clinical Research sector.
