Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer with a strong background in Java and integration technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work effectively in a distributed, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and microservices to support enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and tutorials to support new teams working with MuleSoft.
- Work closely with MuleSoft consultants and architects to implement best practices and recommended solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clear and detailed user stories and technical documentation.
- Manage development tasks and progress through JIRA.
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and independent technical investigations before escalating issues.
- Ensure adherence to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and development standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (mandatory).
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of MuleSoft integration development.
- Strong programming background in Java.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API development, and integration patterns.
- Good knowledge of RDBMS databases (preferably Oracle).
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving technical challenges.
- Comfortable working in remote / distributed teams and adapting to modern collaboration practices.
