Role Description
ReZone Productions is looking for a YouTube Video Editor who can produce high-retention, clean, and fast-paced content inspired by creators like Iman Gadzhi. This role focuses on modern YouTube editing, where storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention matter more than heavy effects or cinematic visuals. The editor will work on YouTube content using strong hooks, structured storytelling, fast-paced cuts, pattern interrupts, and clean motion graphics with subtitles.
The candidate will collaborate with the production team to ensure content aligns with client goals and brand identity, manage multiple projects from start to finish, and maintain quality control over final deliverables. The editor has the freedom to earn as much as they can take on projects and deliver consistently.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (primary requirement for motion graphics)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Proven experience editing YouTube-style content
Strong understanding of:
Viewer retention and pacing
Hooks and audience engagement
Storytelling for long-form content
Ability to use b-roll, subtitles, and visual elements effectively
Familiarity with AI tools to improve editing efficiency
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of video editing experience
Portfolio demonstrating YouTube or high-retention edits
Ability to work in a fast-paced, output-driven environment
