Job Title:Senior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Experience:5–6 Years
Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 5–6 years of experience to drive high-impact visual storytelling across digital platforms. This role requires a strong blend of creative thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Create compelling motion graphics and video content for campaigns, social media, and brand communications
- Handle complete video production: concepting, storyboarding, editing, animation, and final output
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams
- Develop ad films, brand videos, reels, and performance creatives
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visual standards across all outputs
- Optimise content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and formats in motion and video
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Guide and mentor junior team members
Required Skills:- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Strong understanding of motion design, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling
- Expertise in video editing, colour grading, and sound sync
- Ability to convert ideas/scripts into engaging visual narratives
- Knowledge of AI tools for video/motion is a plus
Preferred Background:- Experience in an advertising / digital agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based work
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives
Key Traits:- Creative + strategic thinker
- Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic sense
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
Bonus Skills:- 3D tools (Blender / Cinema 4D)
- Basic cinematography knowledge
- Experience in handling brand shoots or direction
