Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Motion Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality motion graphics, visualizing and crafting compelling animations, and producing engaging video content. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create storyboards, define animation styles, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. The Senior Motion Designer will play a key role in elevating the brand's presence through dynamic and visually appealing digital content.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Motion Design and Motion Graphics to create and deliver high-impact visual content
- Proficiency in Animation and Storyboarding to conceptualize and execute creative storytelling
- Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and adaptation of visual assets
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics in visual communication
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
- Knowledge of user experience principles and how motion design enhances user interaction
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a technology, SaaS, or customer experience-focused environment is a plus
