Role: Sr. Motion Designer / Motion Designer

We’re looking for a motion designer who can turn ideas into compelling visual stories through motion. You could come from a brand, agency, product, or content background but must be excited about using motion to simplify complexity and elevate storytelling.
What we’re looking for:
4 - 8 years of experience in motion design across brand, digital, or product work
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and storytelling across formats
Strong foundation in design, typography, layout, composition, and visual systems
Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D/Blender, or similar
Ability to translate concepts, scripts, or static designs into engaging motion
Experience collaborating with designers, writers, and cross-functional teams
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative workflow
Strong attention to detail with a good sense of timing, pacing, and transitions
What you’ll do:
Create compelling motion graphics and animations for campaigns, brand, and product experiences
Translate ideas, scripts, and designs into clear, engaging motion narratives
Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and strategists to bring ideas to life
Contribute to and evolve motion systems within brand guidelines
Own motion deliverables from concept to execution
Stay updated with motion trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve output quality
