What you will be doing?
- Assist in monitoring the performance of the MIS, identifying and reporting any technical issues or anomalies.
- Help maintain data quality and accuracy within the MIS, conducting routine data validation and cleaning processes.
- Assist in implementing data security measures and access controls.
- Assist in generating regular reports and data visualizations for management and departmental use.
- Contribute to the creation of user documentation and training materials.
- Provide frontline user support, addressing inquiries and issues related to the MIS.

- Assist in the implementation of process improvements identified by analyzing MIS workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of the MIS with other systems.
- Assist in compliance efforts with relevant regulations and standards.
- Support MIS-related projects by assisting in planning, coordination, and tracking progress.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and Distributors providing MIS-related services, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
What you will bring to the role?
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally involving MIS, data management, or IT coordination. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and systems.
