Senior Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for a senior Microsoft Dynamics GP expert to provide on-demand external support for a live production environment. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, upgrades, and training, delivered remotely under a limited annual support model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Dynamics GP financial modules.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, including Maximo ↔ GP integration failures.
• Develop and maintain custom GP reports (SQL, SSRS, SmartList).
• Support system upgrades, patches, and validations.
• Deliver finance and IT user training and maintain documentation.
• Provide remote and emergency support as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Strong finance domain knowledge (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
• Advanced SQL Server and SSRS reporting skills.
• Proven experience in ERP integration troubleshooting, including Maximo–GP interfaces.
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills.
