Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Power Platform to build and support enterprise-grade applications for a leading global financial institution.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in architecture, design, development, integrations, security, scalability, observability, DevOps, and platform engineering across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Security, Identity, Networking, Exchange/Email, and central Power Platform engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct technical analysis, and define implementation plans.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform applications.
- Provide technical leadership to development squads through:
- Solution architecture and design guidance
- Code and platform configuration reviews
- Development of reusable components and shared services
- Automation and developer productivity improvements
- DevOps and CI/CD adoption
- Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Implement comprehensive unit, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Design enterprise integrations using:
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure SQL
- Dynamics 365 data migration capabilities
- Enable AI-powered capabilities using Microsoft AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
- Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and platform governance.
- Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide operational support.
- Drive improvements in platform security, performance, scalability, resiliency, observability, and reliability.
- Support product upgrades and integrations between Dynamics 365 and on-premises enterprise systems.
